County Production Loader
Load a full county from PlanEnroll, collapse duplicate plan observations into canonical Contract/PBP/Segment identities, preserve previously approved carrier intelligence, and optionally apply UnitedHealthcare first-party SOB support before approval.
Import County / Market Capture
Select the PlanEnroll JSON or HAR capture for one county ZIP, or select multiple captures for a larger state batch. WorldOS inventories ZIP/FIPS observations and canonical plan identities locally first.
Process, Analyze & Resolve
Deduplicate Contract/PBP/Segment records, validate product types, automatically analyze every usable SOB with concurrent enrichment, and surface only records that need human confirmation before approval.
Approve & Distribute
Build the final read-only report after SOB analysis. When every exception is resolved, an agency owner can approve the analyzed batch and distribute the approved records to Navigator, Medicare Plan Catalog, and the exact PlanEnroll handoff feed.
