Lauryn Inbound Call Notifications

Legacy Insurance Group LLC uses WorldOS and its Lauryn automated telephone assistant to manage inbound business calls. Authorized Legacy Insurance Group personnel may expressly opt in to receive transactional SMS notifications related to those inbound calls.

Messages may include daily call summaries, caller messages, notifications of calls requiring review, caller-requested follow-up items, appointment notifications, missed or completed call notifications, and reminders concerning unresolved inbound-call tasks.

This messaging program is for authorized internal operational use and is not used for advertising, lead generation, cold outreach, purchased lists, or third-party marketing.

Recipients provide prior express consent before their mobile number is enabled for these notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers that process data on our behalf, such as hosting, authentication, communications, analytics, security, payment, and customer-support providers. These providers may use information only to perform contracted services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or at the direction of an authorized subscriber. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from disclosure for third-party or affiliate marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Security and Retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or regulatory requirements.
