Overview
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of WorldOS services provided by Legacy Insurance Group LLC, doing business as WorldOS. By using WorldOS, authorized users agree to use the platform only for lawful business and operational purposes.
WorldOS / Lauryn Operational Call Notification Program
WorldOS may send transactional and operational SMS notifications to authorized Legacy Insurance Group personnel who expressly opt in to receive updates concerning inbound business calls handled by Lauryn.
Messages may include daily call summaries, caller messages, follow-up requests, appointment notifications, completed or missed call notifications, and reminders about unresolved inbound-call tasks.
The program is not intended for marketing, advertising, lead generation, cold outreach, purchased lists, or third-party promotional messaging.
Consent
Recipients must provide prior express consent before a mobile number is enabled for WorldOS / Lauryn SMS notifications. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on inbound-call activity, appointments, caller requests, and unresolved follow-up activity. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers may impose additional charges under the recipient's mobile plan.
Opt Out and Help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from future WorldOS / Lauryn SMS notifications.

Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by carrier networks, device availability, number validity, recipient settings, registration status, or other factors outside WorldOS's control.
Privacy
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the WorldOS Privacy Policy and SMS Messaging Policy.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use WorldOS messaging for unsolicited marketing, purchased lists, deceptive or illegal communications, phishing, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable law, carrier rules, or messaging-provider policies.
Changes
We may update these Terms as our services or legal and carrier requirements evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
